Task Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor inbound cargo flows through the Luxembourg Hub
- Coordinate and follow up on requests for special equipment or handling
- Coordinate the cargo handling with other departments
- Provide internal and external customer support
- Maintain records of the import activities
- Provide finance departments with service data
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or equivalent education
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Developed time management skills and ability to take decisions within tight deadlines and without direct supervison
- Ability to plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German and French; Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Working Conditions:
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- Willingness to work on shifts 24/7/365
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg
- Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network
- Temporary position (9-12 months)
