Senior Consultant / Manager - HR Advisory

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an active member of our HR & Employment Advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work on various HR projects for local and international clients from various sectors and of different sizes.

In your role, you will:

• Contribute to the design and the provision of diversified HR solutions in the field Talent & Performance Management, HR processes & policies design and improvement, HR operations, outsourcing, support to HRIS implementation, Compensation & Benefits, Employment regulation, HR Audit, Learning & Development (including INFPC report), etc.
• Work in close cooperation with our clients’ HR and/or Management counterparts to identify and understand their people and organisational challenges in order to propose and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, reports, presentations and other project outputs.
• Monitor projects’ progress and risks, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about evolution and expected outcome.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through the achievement of high-quality deliverables within timeframes.  
• Keep informed of current developments and trends in Human resources.
• Contribute to build market eminence at national level and within the international BDO network on own areas of expertise.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

If…

• You hold a Master’s degree in HR or comparable studies.
• You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a generalist HR consultant
• You are eager to work on various assignments in the field of HR advisory, making every day different.
• You enjoy learning by doing and you show a willingness to acquire new competencies.
• You have a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and real team spirit allowing you to develop very good relationships with your colleagues and clients;
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills together with the ability to work in a methodical and rigorous manner;
• You are autonomous and organised, and you demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
• You are MS Office literate (with strong Excel capabilities), ideally completed with the operational knowledge of an HRIS.
• You are fluent in English and French. German would be an advantage.
