Data Quality Officer (M/F)

We are seeking a highly motivated, rigorous, and detail-oriented Data Quality Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for our Data Quality Framework, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of our data across systems and processes. This role is critical in supporting enhancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Your next challenge:

• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT teams to ensure continuous improvement of data quality standards.
• Develop AI-powered agents to generate, maintain, and optimize Data Quality rules.
• Automate Data Quality monitoring, issue detection, root cause analysis, and remediation workflows.
• Integrate Data Quality processes with Data Governance and Metadata Management platforms.
• Leverage Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot technologies to increase productivity and automate repetitive activities.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure Data Quality performance and automation benefits.
• Support the data stewards in the design of Data Quality Rules
• Build data quality dashboards, monitor and report on data quality metrics.
• Monitor the Data Quality Register and follow up on remediation plans.
• Implement data quality rules.
• Design and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of data quality processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on data quality best practices and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data quality management.

Your skills:

• Master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Technical knowledge (SQL or Python).
• Proactive, innovation-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and low-code solutions.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI concepts.
