Senior Legal Officer within a Fiduciary in Luxembourg

Our client, located in the heart of Luxembourg, is a leading trust company specializing in securitization entities. With extensive experience and strong ties to the local legal and accounting community, their company helps business entities maximize the benefits offered by an international financial services jurisdiction. They are seeking a Senior Legal Officer to strengthen their team.

Senior Legal Officer - Your role will consist of:

• Analyzing and commenting on contracts to ensure compliance and negotiating terms with the concerned parties.
• Drafting statutes, partnership agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinating the creation of new entities and managing liquidation processes in accordance with legal and fiscal obligations.
• Performing KYC checks for onboarding new clients and maintaining compliant records according to regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing all legal aspects of client entities' operations and responding to clients' legal queries.
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients and collaborating with law firms, banks, agents, notaries, and tax authorities.

Senior Legal Officer - To do this, you must:

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a senior legal officer or in a similar role, specializing in corporate law and/or financial law.
• Master Luxembourg's regulations, procedures, and legal practices.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Be able to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
• Maintain high ethical standards and demonstrate impeccable integrity.
• Be fluent in English and German, with knowledge of other languages considered an asset.
• Be familiar with securitization processes and capital market transactions, which is a plus.
