Senior Corporate Lawyer | Boutique law firm

Our client is an independent, boutique-sized law firm based in Luxembourg, recognized for its pragmatic and tailored approach to both local and international clients. The firm specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and cross-border transactions.

As part of its expansion, the firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 5 to 7 years of experience gained in a boutique, small, or mid-sized law firm.

Senior Corporate Lawyer - Your Role :

• Advise and assist a diverse client base (SMEs, international groups, investors, funds) on corporate law and M&A matters;
• Draft and negotiate contracts, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and transactional documents;
• Manage and oversee complex and cross-border corporate transactions;
• Collaborate with international law firms on multi-jurisdictional deals;
• Contribute to the firm's growth and build long-term client relationships.

Senior Corporate Lawyer - Your Profile:

• Qualified lawyer, admitted to a bar within the EU (Luxembourg, France, Belgium, etc.);
• 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate law and M&A, gained in a boutique, small, or mid-sized law firm;
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory, written and spoken);
• Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player;
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
