Our client, a respected name in Private Banking and Corporate Financing, is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to strengthen their internal control framework. This is a high-visibility role providing direct assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape of the Luxembourgish market.
Your Core Mission
- Risk Evaluation: Assist the CCO in identifying and evaluating compliance risks for both current business and proposed future ventures.
- Monitoring & Controls: Execute compliance checks as defined in the Monitoring Programme to ensure total adherence to internal policies.
- Regulatory Excellence: Ensure client files meet strict requirements for AML, MiFID, FATCA, and CRS.
- Advisory & Guidance: Act as an advisor to the staff and management on essential laws, regulations, and standards.
- Issue Management: Centralize and manage information regarding customer complaints, procedural breaches, or conflicts of interest.
Your Profile
- Language Requirement: Professional fluency in Portuguese is mandatory for this role.
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within the banking sector.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of Private Banking and Corporate Financing business lines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a sense of discretion, and a calm, analytical demeanor.
