Austin Bright is assisting a well-established international law firm in its search for a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join its Luxembourg office. The firm provides high-level legal services across multiple practice areas, including corporate law, banking & finance, investment management, dispute resolution, employment, and real estate.

With a strong international presence, the firm works with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, and private equity firms. Real Estate Lawyer - Your Role :

As part of the Real Estate department, the selected candidate will provide legal guidance on complex real estate matters and play a key role in managing transactions.

• Assisting clients with real estate acquisitions, disposals, leases, and financing arrangements
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of real estate-related contracts and legal documents
• Managing interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders throughout transactions
• Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborating with other practice areas and international offices to support cross-border projects
• Contributing to business development efforts and strengthening client relationships

Real Estate Lawyer - Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Law and admitted in List I, II or IV
• At least 6 years of experience practicing real estate law (not the funds!) in Luxembourg
• Fluency in French and English; German or any other language is an asset
• Proactive, dynamic, and a team player with strong communication skills
