YOUR MISSION: Strategic Governance & Growth
As a core member of our legal team, you will act as a business partner across several key areas:
- Corporate & Commercial Law: Provide ongoing legal advisory on commercial matters and complex economic challenges.
- Transaction Management: Assist in the execution of major transactions, group-wide projects, and structural corporate changes.
- Corporate Housekeeping: Ensure the integrity of our corporate structures by managing legal registers (transparency, commercial, etc.).
- Executive Support: Coordinate board and committee meetings, draft formal minutes, and prepare decision-making templates for senior management.
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic Excellence: You are a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist:in) with strong academic credentials.
- Business Acumen: You possess a deep understanding of economic relationships and complex factual scenarios.
- Mindset: You are highly responsible, committed, and thrive in multidisciplinary team environments.
- Languages: Native-level German and fluent English are required. Knowledge of French is a distinct advantage.
- Experience: While a first professional experience is an asset, we highly value motivated graduates ready to launch their careers.
