Tax Manager - Your Responsibilities:

• Manage tax compliance and reporting for clients.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Provide expert advice on complex tax issues, including international taxation, corporate tax, and VAT.
• Conduct tax research and stay informed about legislative and regulatory changes.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on tax-related tasks.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence.
• Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax audits and disputes.

Tax Manager - Your Profile:

• Native German speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in taxation, accounting, law, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as Steuerberater is highly desirable.
• At least four years of experience as a tax advisor or manager.
• In-depth knowledge of German tax law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in managing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
