Senior Corporate Officer | Family-sized Manco | Luxembourg

Located to the north of Luxembourg City, this company is very easy to get to, whether you come by public transport or by car, with parking close to the office. You'll be joining a team on a human scale, in charming offices set up in a house reorganised as a professional space.

Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :

As Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a central role in the administrative and legal management of our Luxembourg entities. Your responsibilities will include

• Complete management of the administrative life cycle of Luxembourg entities (creation, board and shareholder meetings, dissolutions, filings with the commercial register, etc.).
• Regular participation in investment reports (management reports, investor reports).
• Communication with banks, notaries, advisers, auditors, etc.
• Administrative management of files and supervision of bank account processes.
• Keeping legal files, archives and registers organised and up to date.

Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Luxembourg in a similar position within a trust or ManCo.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Perfect command of French and English, German being a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and rigour in following up files.
• Ability to work independently while being a real team player.
• French-speaking working environment.
• Working hours: 9am-6pm.
