We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Expert with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Luxembourg or Germany and will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients, advising them on tax structuring, M&A, preparing memos, managing juridical matters, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Senior Tax Expert - Responsabilities:

We are seeking a skilled Tax Expert with 2-3 years of experience and a degree in tax. The ideal candidate will manage a client portfolio, advise on tax structuring, M&A, prepare memos, handle juridical matters, and maintain client relationships.

• Manage diverse clients, conduct meetings, provide tailored tax advice.
• Advise on tax strategies, M&A, due diligence, and post-transaction planning.
• Prepare/review tax returns, ensure compliance, assist with audits.
• Draft tax memos/reports, update clients on tax law changes.
• Support on juridical matters, contract reviews, collaborate with legal advisors.

Senior Tax Expert - Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Tax.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in tax advisory/compliance in a big 4/5, service provider or law firm.
• German-speaking proficiency is mandatory and English professional knowledge..
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of MS Office - Excel
