As part of the growth of its business, our client is looking for a German-speaking lawyer specialising in corporate law. You will be joining a dynamic team and working on a variety of complex cases, thereby contributing to the firm's development.
German Corporate Lawyer - Your Role :
- Advising clients on business law issues and corporate transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents.
- Taking part in negotiations and representing clients before the relevant courts.
- Keeping a legal watch to anticipate regulatory developments.
German Corporate Lawyer - Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience in business law.
- Training: Profile from Lists 1, 2 or 4.
- Languages: German essential. Fluency in French and English is an advantage.
- Required qualities: Professionalism, dynamism, excellent team spirit, ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure.
German Corporate Lawyer - What We Offer :
Salary: depending on your experience and expertise - up to €120,000 gross per year
