Employment Associate - Your Role :

• Providing legal advice on complex employment law issues for national and international clients.
• Drafting contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
• Representing clients in negotiations and litigation concerning employment matters.
• Staying updated on legal developments and ensuring clients comply with national and EU labor regulations.

Employment Associate - Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in employment law within a Luxembourg law firm (preferably top-tier or Magic Circle).
• A law degree with a specialization in employment law.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Employment Associate - What We Offer :

• Salary: up to €100,000 gross annual depending of your experience, performance-based bonuses (2-3 months of salary), health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers, and more.
