As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will prepare and enhance management reporting, analyse the bank’s financial performance and turn complex data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the bank. The role offers a great opportunity to combine finance, reporting and business intelligence, while developing your analytical expertise in a collaborative and international environment.

About the job

• Prepare and further develop management reports that provide clear insights into the bank’s financial performance
• Analyse actual performance against financial plans and explain key developments to support decision-making
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports that help translate complex data into clear, business-relevant

• Work with large and diverse data sets, combining information from multiple sources into reliable reporting views
• Use business intelligence and data analysis tools to enhance reporting quality, automation and efficiency
• Support sound data governance by maintaining data assets and reporting products owned by the Controlling team
• Drive continuous enhancement of reporting processes, including best practices and process optimisation

About you

• University degree in Finance, Business, a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in banking, finance, controlling or advisory is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) is an asset
• Very good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, including advanced formulas, structured analysis and clear presentation of results
• Affinity for data analytics, with experience in data mining or business intelligence tools such as SQL or Power BI considered an asset
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into business insights
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus
