Your Responsibilities | Law – Tax – Finance – Private Equity – Law Firm  - Attorney

• You will draft and review various types of legal documentation.
• You will work to minimize tax liabilities for your clients during company acquisitions and sales.
• You will ensure that private equity funds comply with relevant legal and tax regulations.
• Maintaining effective communication with your clients will be an integral part of your daily tasks.
• You will contribute to the tax aspects of M&A cases.

• To adapt easily to your new environment, you have at least one year of experience as a tax lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• Being fluent in French and English enables you to communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
• You are a proactive and organized person, which helps you work efficiently and continually develop your knowledge.
• Strong communication skills are essential for building trustworthy relationships with your clients.
