(Senior) Corporate Officer – In-house, Multicultural Environment
We are pleased to introduce an exciting opportunity with an established investment firm based in the heart of the city. They are currently seeking a (Senior) Corporate Officer to strengthen their team. Your Responsibilities | Corporate governance – Finance – Legal – In house – Investment firm
- You will manage SPVs, Holdings, and funds from their establishment through to the liquidation.
- You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various documents, such as meeting minutes.
- Ensuring KYC requirements are met will be a key part of your daily tasks.
- As you will be part of a human-sized company where versatility is key, you will also take on some administrative tasks such as coordinating DHL deliveries for the lawyers.
- You will manage relationships with banks and handle the opening of bank accounts.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate governance – Finance – Legal – In house – Investment firm
- You have at least one year of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment (PSF, fiduciary, Investment company or AIFM) in Luxembourg, which will help you adapt quickly to your new role. If you have more experience, such as 3 or 5 years for example, this will be an added value in your application as well.
- To communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties, you are fluent in English and proficient in French.
- You are experienced in working with financial vehicles such as Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds, Holdings, or SPVs, giving you a solid foundation to understand your responsibilities.
- You consider yourself proactive and organized, qualities that enable you to work efficiently.

- You will earn a salary of up to €70,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, allowing you to enjoy life pleasures.
