Your Responsibilities | AML – KYC – Compliance – Regulatory

• Review and analyze KYC documentation for new and existing clients, investors, and counterparties, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
• Monitor and enhance internal AML/KYC procedures, ensuring they align with evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Support management in developing AML-related KPIs, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement in compliance processes.
• Work closely with fund managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth due diligence and compliance processes.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and liaise with authorities such as the CSSF, auditors, and legal counsel as needed.
• Contribute to the firm's digital transformation, optimizing AML processes through automation and advanced compliance tools.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | AML – KYC – Compliance – Regulatory

• At least 3 years of experience in AML/KYC, compliance, or audit, preferably experience acquired with Private Equity or Real Estate funds. You have experience in a service provider or investment firm.
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and compliance frameworks, particularly in Luxembourg.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in legal, compliance, and risk management.
• Fluent in English, any additional language is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
