A dynamic law firm based in Luxembourg is currently looking to recruit its future Mid-Level Associate Funds, in the context of its growth. The investment fund department is growing quite quickly, yet naturally, and has a strong focus today on regulated and unregulated funds, in the alternative fund industry and UCITS.

Lastly, with less than a hundred talents in their offices, this law firm supports its esteemed and prestigious clientele in different fields of expertise : Corporate Law, Tax Law, Investment Fund Law as well as Banking and Finance.

Your Responsibilities | Investment Funds – Lawyer – Legal – Law Firm – AIF

• You will be required to advise your clients on their portfolio of investments (AIF and UCITS) from the set-up of the funds to its liquidations.
• You will prepare and draft legal documents such as articles of association, LPAs and memoranda.
• You conduct regular legal surveillance in order to be updated on new regulations and applicable laws.

• You have at least three years of experience within a law firm based in Luxembourg, and are registered to the Luxembourgish, or another European, Bar.
• We are looking for a candidate with a fluent command of English (read, written, spoken). Any additional language skills will be considered as an advantage.
• You handled your work autonomously and are seeking for independence and autonomy in your future firm, while still being guided by Partners who base their collaborations on trust and respect.
