This Asset manager will be pleased to integrate their future Manager to the human-sized team of about twenty people in total in Luxembourg. Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Accounting – Asset Manager – ManCo

• You are responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS rules.
• You review and oversee the accounting tasks handled by the less experienced accountants in your team.
• You are involved in the intercompany reconciliation process, and oversee the fund vehicle capital structure to make sure that this is compliant with the regulatory requirements.
• You are responsible for fund accounting matters and reporting obligations for the funds and their entities in Real Estate.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Accounting – Asset Manager – ManCo

• You have at least 6 years of experience in fund accounting in a PFS or Asset Management company. Furthermore, you have been exposed to a portfolio of alternative funds in Real Estate and have been exposed to consolidation.
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Any other language is a plus, but certainly not necessary.
• You have ideally obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or followed any other internal or external trainings in finance.
• Experience with one of the following software will also be considered as a strong advantage in your application : ViewPoint, Yardi, Dynamics and/or NetSuite.

• You can count on an excellent salary up to €104.000 gross to which will be added a bonus of 15%, meal vouchers of €10.80 as well as health insurance (DKV) for your entire family and a pension plan that is above market practice (6%).
• In this small team of 10 people, you will work closely with the other managers of the team to ensure a good review of the less experienced accountants’ work. Therefore, you can share your acquired skills with the new generation.
• Centrally located in the heart of the city, you will be able to take the tram or bus to work easily, making your daily commute much more comfortable.
