Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PSF – Legal - Corporate

• Day to day legal management of a portfolio of Soparfi and SPV from the introduction to the liquidation.
• You organize and prepare the board and shareholder meetings, as well as the minutes.
• You prepare and review legal documentation such as resolutions.
• Publishing the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well and handling modifications such as change of seat, entity name and so on.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – PSF – Legal - Corporate

• Since at least 3 years, you have been working as a corporate officer in a similar environment (PSF, ManCo, Big Four, Fiduciary..).
• You are able to handle your files from the constitution to the liquidation, or at least with a good level of autonomy and independence.
• You are fluent in English, and this language will suffice as you will join an English-speaking environment.
• You would consider yourself as a motivated person who is not afraid to do the extra mile.
