Your Responsibilities | Corporate officer – Corporate governance – Finance – Funds

• You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs, from their constitution to their dissolution.
• You will draft and review legal documentation, such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
• Organizing board meetings and preparing board packs will be part of your daily responsibilities.
• You may also have AML/KYC responsibilities in collaboration with the compliance team.
• You will collaborate with the accounting team on annual account approvals.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate officer – Corporate governance – Finance – Funds

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, a management company, or a PFS in Luxembourg. This will help you feel comfortable in your new role.
• To ensure effective communication with your interlocutors, you are fluent in French and English.
• Familiarity with a portfolio composed of Soparfis, holdings, and/or SPVs is a must to be efficient in this role.
• To meet deadlines and satisfy clients, you are organized and proactive.

• You will earn a salary of up to €60,000 gross per year, depending on your qualifications. This will allow you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
