We are pleased to assist a prestigious investment firm in recruiting an Accountant. The investment firm’s 50 employees work across 4 distinct divisions: The Corporate governance, Compliance, Accounting and Tax divisions.

The company provides a number of services with a focus on SPVs, relating to investments in Private Equity, Debt and Real Estate primarily. Its vibrant and extremely diversified workforce works together in a close-knit team environment to sustain operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – PFS – Luxembourg – Accountant - Accounting

• You handle the daily accounting for SPVs, and will be supported by Senior accountants so that you can continue to grow in your autonomy.
• You are in charge of establishing the annual accounts, which can be either annual or interim, while respecting applicable deadlines, although these are always well-defined and known well in advance.
• You calculate tax provisions and review tax returns, for which you also work closely with the tax team.
• You also take on the monthly and quarterly reportings.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – PFS – Luxembourg – Accountant - Accounting

• This company is looking for a candidate who already has a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in accounting in Luxembourg. This experience is relevant if it has been acquired in a PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four or investment company in Luxembourg. Of course, a vaster experience will represent a plus.
• These past years, you have learned to handle the daily accounting of a portfolio of SPVs with a good sense of autonomy.
• As you will join an English-speaking environment, fluency in this language is an absolute prerequisite. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
