LuxScan Technologies is a world-wide leader in the design, development and installation of industrial scanners for automation in the timber industry. Our company, based in Luxemburg, is part of the WEINIG group. WEINIG is a German company, producing machines and systems for solid wood and panels production.
LuxScan is looking for a talented, skilled and motivated Sales assistant / Management Assistant to provide sales support for our sales team and management team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales & order processing teams
- Prepare and organize sales offers and related documents
- Process and execute orders (invoicing, reporting, order confirmations)
- Liaise with the shipping department and communicate with stakeholders and clients
- Data entry and reporting in CRM systems
- Assist with office management
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations
- Manage and maintain company’s social media accounts
Profile and experience:
- Degree: minimum 2 years of higher education
- At least a 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Perfect organizational and prioritization skills
- Good communication skills, polite, reliable and flexible
- Ability to work as an autonomous employee, as well as in a team
- Excellent oral and written communication in English (German will be a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Additional Skills considered an advantage:
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience with ERP system such as SAGE or SAP
