Data Quality Officer
As part of our Data Quality Management team within the Finance department, we are looking to hire a Data Quality Officer.
The role of the Data Quality Officer is to ensure the quality of data recorded in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in order to guarantee high-quality reporting.
In this context, your mission will be to:
- Check and complete, where necessary, the data provided by administrative assistants when opening a file in the ERP system to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.
- Identify entities in the database and reference the correct client.
- Ensure that all financial fields are completed in order to have dynamic and high-quality financial dashboards and participate in the commercial strategy.
- Collect and record billing conditions based on partner information and keep them up to date.
- Identify data issues and report them to the Data Quality Manager.
Your profile:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree (Bac +3).
- You are fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Previous administration experience within a Billing or a Compliance team would be highly appreciated.
- You have excellent analytical and data processing skills.
- You are very rigorous and have great attention to detail.
- You are organized and have good priority management skills.
