Your next challenge
- Solve any technical problems by centralizing, analysing and documenting technical issues faced
- Improve overall applications performance and maintain existing systems by identifying and correcting software defects
- Manage the installation of new applications, from release to testing and on different environments
- Be responsible for new applications while improving the existing ones
- Continuously improve your skills in terms of new technologies
- Produce and maintain procedures and documentation,
- Continuously improve your skills in terms of new technologies
- Provide assistance to internal stakeholders
Your skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, with 2-3 years minimum expertise in an Operational IT Team in Level 2
- Knowledge in Windows and Linux servers
- Knowledge in Active Directory (OU, roles, permissions, and groups)
- Knowledge in Networking, Firewall, SFTP
- Knowledge in VMware and Hyper-V
- Knowledge in Powershell, SSL and certificates
- Knowledge in Log Management tool and Antivirus are a plus
- Knowledge in SQL: Database management and Job scheduling are a plus
- Knowledge in SCCM, Exchange and Power BI are a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Curious, flexible, with a strong team spirit, comfortable working independently, and open to learn from colleagues
- Good attention to details and good stress resilience
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving
- Fluency in French and in English
