Cebi International S.A., the mother company of the group based in the same premises as Cebi Luxembourg S.A., is looking for a Data Officer.

The Data Officer is responsible for the company's data. He define and implement the company's strategy regarding the valorization of its informational assets and optimize the use of data in terms of quality and consistency.

He works in synergy with the Information Security Manager for data security, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for issues related to personal data, and with the managers of data streams. He works closely with various stakeholders within the organization like legal, marketing, innovation, IT, operational efficiency, and information asset management.

Your Mission :

• Draws up and implements the general policy for cross-functional data governance to guarantee its effectiveness in a climate of trust
• Guarantees the control of data throughout its lifecycle, and organizes pooling and sharing of data within the company
• Promotes the benefits of data usage to various business lines, enhancing efficiency, and supporting strategic goals
• Provides audit reports on the application of the data policy
• Assure data quality, data stewardship, data protection and compliance, and data management
• Conducts the study and implementation of a master data management solution

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Data Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of business process and IT outsourcing, IT architecture and design methodologies, SOA principles, and technology standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
• Familiar with SQL, Power BI
• Knowledge of data management and information systems security
• Familiarity with IT governance and operations
• Experience with cloud technologies, digital transformation, and software development
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Strong enterprise-oriented mind-set based on value-added
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, basic level in French, Italian or Spanish language is an asset
• Available for business travel, up to 30% of the time
