Your area of work
Clearstream Fund Centre SA is seeking a talented and reliable intern for Sales and RM Support team. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with good judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.
Your responsibilities
- You will support various projects in administrative and organisational tasks
- You will prepare various correspondence and documents for the management; edit and proof correspondence and documents
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Sales and RM Support team tools and subsequent pages
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of relevant client information in our centralized data management system
- You will help identify and report inconsistencies or gaps in data for resolution
- You will track and drive follow-up on outstanding action items
Your profile
- You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Finance, Business Administration or similar and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
- You have excellent Outlook and Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity or Efficiency with SAP would be a benefit
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German will be considered as an asset
- Internship duration: 6 months
