Passionate to discover, invent, build and simplify. Excited to challenge the status quo and proposing creative solutions to drive the efficiency. We are offering you to participate in Business Intelligence (BI), data visualization and other data-driven projects from initiation to prototyping

This consists in:

·      working with stakeholders and business users to understand the business drivers and their requirements, and turn their needs into deliverable outputs and scalable solutions that are fast and easy to comprehend

·      working with technical partners to map out large-scale datasets and to mine the right data from appropriate sources efficiently and accurately, and compiling them into digestible and actionable format and solutions in line with business needs

·      providing end-user support and ensure the enhancement and maintenance of existing solutions, this includes channeling and prioritizing requests, analyzing requirements or incidents (conducting testing and troubleshooting), identifying and developing solutions or turnarounds and follow-up of the solutions

·      ensuring with information technology and business partners that solutions and processes are developed, deployed and are run in the most effective and efficient way

·      identifying uncover areas of opportunity across multiple datasets exploration and proposing business recommendations

To succeed in this challenge, you must:

·      work and communicate with both business and technical teams, helping to translate business needs into scaled, user-friendly and optimized solutions that are customers’ needs centric

·      be able to think outside the box, both for technical development and for engaging stakeholders

·      be comfortable juggling multiple competing priorities simultaneously, managing ambiguous problems and drive projects to completion

·      conduct business and root cause analysis, to think laterally, to consider other perspectives and to solve problems quickly and comprehensively

·      be able to present findings, complex and technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders

·      recognize and adopt best practices and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions and processes

Applicant Attributes

Bachelor’s degree in Business analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on experience working with Power BI (data modelling, query optimization, dataflows, report building, integration with Office 365, …) in designing and delivering inspired and high impact Business Intelligence and data analytics reports

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.) is naturally required. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (MSSQL, AZURE), of scripting languages (DAX, M) and Microsoft Power tools (Dataflows, PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow) would be an advantage

To step change how we are measuring, analyzing and running the business, you will work with business and technical teams across domains, both functional (Operation, Commercial, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) and organizational (insight on our 8 Business Divisions)
