AUTOMATION TEST ENGINEER (M/F/N)

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer profile to join our client in the financial sector.

Missions

• You are an expert of manual testing and hands on experience of testing large scale applications like enterprise applications or websites
• You have practical experience on implementing the best practices to improve test coverage and improve efficiency in the testing cycles.
• You have good knowledge and working experience of test management tools like RQM, HP-QC and Azure DevOps platform.
• You have practical working experience of variety of test automation tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger etc.)
• You will help to build a new testing team according to the departments needs
• You will collaborate with developers, business analysts and ops to get the insights (manual and automated tests)
• You will manage the testing activities: develop test strategy, build test plan, implement tests, report issues and perform quality checks after issue resolution
• In addition, you will also be involved in the research and evaluation of new testing tools and methods to improve the quality of software products
• You will also script automated tests, mostly Back-end / API oriented integration tests and Front-End web interface
• You will reviews test scenarios, scripts and test data developed by other team members
• You will be coordinate and perform document testing activities (management of test execution results in test management tool, contribute to creation of test reports reports and quality assurance metrics)

Profile

• Successful experience of managing testing activities
• Proven experience in a testing environment in cross-functional teams
• Proven hands on experience in script development using scripting languages
• Experience using test management/tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Xray, TestNG)
• Experience with test automation Selenium with JAVA mandatory, SoapUI, source code repository (e.g GitHub), continuous integration tool (Jenkins)
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Katalon experience is considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, good time management skills
• Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in financial/ banking domain will be considered an asset
• Test/QA certifications is a plus
• Team leadership skills

• 2nd interview with our Business Manager
• Proposal of your application to the client
• Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person.
