Key Responsibilities 

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and coordinate daily IT operations to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery. 
  • Team Supervision: Manage and support a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance. 
  • Service Quality: Ensure service excellence and compliance with SLAs. 
  • Ticket Management: Monitor, prioritize, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. 
  • Process Optimization Oversight: Ensure the team maintains and follows up-to-date operational policies and procedures, and support continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Team Development: Support the professional growth of team members and promote a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment. 
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee infrastructure operations and drive initiatives to enhance performance and reliability. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and support improvements to optimize infrastructure and operational workflows. 

Candidate Profile 

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience leading IT teams in critical business environments. 
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of incident management procedures and industry best practices. 
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, especially ServiceNow. 
  • Leadership Qualities: Tenacious problem solver with a mature, empathetic approach to team leadership. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization. 
  • Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively. 
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong asset. 

Technical skills 

  • Good working knowledge of IT environments (support, infrastructure, …). 
  • ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification is mandatory; higher ITIL certification is an asset
