About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Area International & APAC-MEA HRIS Manager to join our People & Organization function.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will support the definition and implementation of HRIS strategies aligned with Group HR objectives. You will evaluate the return on investment of HRIS initiatives, ensure consistent solutions across regions, and collaborate with Area IT and HR IT leaders.
You will lead global HRIS project rollouts, including data analytics, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will also gather local requirements, manage risks, and contribute to the HRIS project management community by sharing practices and offering consultancy to HR stakeholders.
Moreover, your role will be to identify and implement technologies that simplify HR processes and reduce transactional workload. You will contribute to improving the digital employee experience for HR, managers, and employees, and support automation across the employee lifecycle using AI. You will help streamline the HRIS portfolio and promote standardization of business processes and systems.
Additionally, you will manage and prioritize business demands, collaborate on budget planning, and act as a point of contact for regional HR teams to balance needs and constraints.
Finally, you will ensure HRIS operations comply with internal policies and regional regulations, including GDPR while implementing data governance practices and mitigate risks related to system usage. You will lead change management efforts to support HRIS adoption and digital transformation, develop communication plans, and encourage continuous improvement.
As a team manager, you will recruit, coach, and develop your team, promote diversity and inclusion, and ensure alignment with Group values through effective communication and empowerment.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background with 10-15 years of HRIS experience and knowledge of the main HR systems.
You are expected to demonstrate core leadership, management skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication while showing the ability to drive results and manage change across functions and regions.
Deep expertise in HRIS and project management, including leading global HRIS rollouts and managing complex system integrations, will also be essential for this role.
You will leverage your proficiency in data analytics, process standardization, automation (including AI), GDPR compliance, data governance, and budget planning, while applying strong knowledge of major HR systems and driving digital transformation in a multinational context.
Finally, you will bring your fluency in English.
