We are thrilled to be teaming-up with our client, a solid and stable investment firm with a focus on private equity and real estate to find a Direct Tax and FATCA Compliance Specialist (M/F). We're looking for a professional with proven experience to manage the client's tax reporting and compliance obligations across a range of international jurisdictions. You will be a key player in their dynamic and international team, coordinating with external partners and providing critical tax expertise.
What You Will Do

Lead Direct Tax Reporting: Oversee all fund tax reporting for our client's funds and holding structures, particularly in Luxembourg, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, and the US.

Manage FATCA/CRS Compliance: Supervise the preparation and timely filing of FATCA/CRS forms with relevant authorities. You will be the main point of contact for internal FATCA/CRS queries and will coordinate with external tax advisors on qualification and filing matters.

Coordinate with External Advisors: Review tax deliverables from the client's external service providers and monitor their performance to ensure full documentation and compliance.

Support Internal Teams: Provide tax-related support to other teams for activities such as bank account openings, debt raising, and co-investor onboarding.

Drive Process Improvements: Actively participate in developing and enhancing our client's tax-related processes and tools.

Manage Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle a variety of projects, from managing ad-hoc processes to supporting firm-wide, cross-border initiatives.
What You Will Bring

Direct Tax & FATCA Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a tax compliance or advisory role, preferably with a Big Four firm. You must have strong knowledge of tax principles and a proven track record in tax compliance, particularly with Direct Tax and FATCA/CRS regulations.

Strong Communication & Professionalism: An efficient, organized, and independent professional attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You should be fluent in English.
