We are looking for an HR and Payroll Generalist for one of our clients, a prestigious international bank located in Luxembourg. This job offer is a consulting contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of being hired.

Your Responsibilities :
- Prepare employment contracts and compile new-employee files.
- Manage administrative follow-up on staff files, including new hires, trial periods, internal transfers, departures, payroll, personal information, leaves, and turnover rates; organize and maintain all personnel-related data records and the HR database.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the HR Operations team by providing administrative and logistical support, coordinated by HRBP’s input.
- Support payroll processes and ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and benefits, and prepare associated management reports.
- Prepare and update HR documents and employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employees, as well as relevant information for payroll activities (work schedules, leaves of absence, sick leaves, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulations, legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Implement and administer pensions, health insurance, leasing, other lifestyle benefits, and various non-periodic payroll elements for employees.
- Contribute to change management and organizational design, including workforce planning.
Your Profile :
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the banking sector in Luxembourg.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Fluent in English and French; intermediate proficiency in Italian is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of HR regulations, local labor law, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or in another HR position within the financial/banking sector in Luxembourg.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of rigor.
- Eagerness to work on various administrative tasks.
- Expertise in HR metrics and KPIs, with strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Understanding of business law regarding HR and employee rights, and ability to apply them in daily work.
- Strong client service orientation and empathy.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
