What will you be doing in this role?
- Follow-up CERT-EU warnings, alerts and proposed actions.
- Verify if the implemented cybersecurity controls are effective and efficient including vulnerability & penetration tests.
- Operation and administration of the appliances and tools for security monitoring and threat hunting, including the analysis and investigation of security alerts and events.
- Execution of recurrent tasks related to IT security operations, such as control of emails blocked by the email security gateway; handling of the suspect spam and/or phishing messages submitted by end users; issuance of certificates for servers and email encryption.
- Security assessment of new IT services, applications or systems.
- Investigate incidents and propose solutions and controls to avoid similar incidents.Â
- Contribute to develop the IT Security Framework.
Requirements:
What will you be bringing to the team?

- Master degree in IT or related field and 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- 3 years of experience in cyber defense: deployment/operation of a SOC, CSIRT, Security Assessment platform or technical Security Infrastructure (PKI, endpoint).
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in IT security, firewalls and other security gateways, PKI, network protocols and mobile devices.
- Experience on the use of cybersecurity tools and software such as vulnerability scans, EDR software and XDR platforms, forensic tools, network traffic analyzers, ethical hacking tools, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO 27000 standard or NIST Cybersecurity framework is desired.Â
- Knowledge and practical experience on the administration of Windows and Linux systems, as well as on virtualization of servers and their protection.
- At least one ICT Security professional certification.
- Fluent in English at least and a level B1, French will be considered an asset.Â
