Your Role
Within our Investment Services team, you will provide support with:
- Daily cash and asset reconciliations
- Monthly asset valuations by analyzing NAV divergences due to internal or external events
- Follow up on processing of business transactions and their accounting in the company’s system
- Sending and managing cash transactions in relation with investment funds and follow up on their respective payments
- Liaise with various external and internal parties in the day-to-day workflow
- Collection of the necessary data and information as well as their proper preparation for further processing
- Assisting the Private Equity team in any other transversal tasks and projects
- Migration of software and automatization of process
Your Profile
- Currently studying a Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any related field
- Good knowledge of Excel and ability to easily master new IT tools
- Good level in English and French (written and spoken)
- Flexible team player with a strong capacity to communicate
- Accurate, reliable, paying attention to detail
