Manpower is recruiting an Operational Risk Officer â Non-Financial Risk for one of its clients, an institution operating in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Coordination of the review and update of the institutionâs Non-Financial RAF (K)RIs, incl. preparation of relevant documentation;
- Assistance in the update of the Operational Risk datasets to the institutionâs dedicated platform âMega Hopexâ, as well as development of relevant internal processes and manuals contributing to the migration;
- Assistance in the related preparation of the institutionâs NFR quarterly report, incl. collection of data on the institutionâs NFR (K)RIs and contribution to the Groupâs NFR quarterly report.
Your profile:
- University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields;
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant professional experience in operational risk activities;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
- Professional level experience with MS Office, Copilot / AI;
- Knowledge of the Mega Hopex platform or similar governance, risk & control (RGC) tools is considered as an advantage;
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, to react swiftly and effectively to new situations in a high-quality service environment;
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise;
- Disciplined approach whilst maintaining creativity and lateral thinking towards troubleshooting and problem solving;
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external counterparts;
- Team player.
