TECHNICAL PURCHASER

Function :
· Technical purchasing of standard and special technical parts
· Clarification of technical issues, development of new requirement profiles and creation of specifications in direct cooperation with the design department
· Obtaining quotations, conducting benchmarks and preparing models for decision-making
· Preparing and conducting supplier meetings
· Responsible for planning and implementing engineering change projects
· Support in the area of component standardisation and the management of identical parts
· Complaints management
· Supporting the purchasing department in the development of strategic purchasing and purchasing controlling
Profile :
· Completed technical studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
· Fast technical comprehension
· In-depth technical knowledge in the fields of mechanics, dynamics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics
· Good CAD skills (SolidWorks is an advantage)
· Proficient in German or French, very good English skills
· Entrepreneurial approach with a hands-on, results-driven approach
· Team spirit, flexible, assertive and eager to learn
