Our client in Luxembourg is currently looking for a Microsoft Engineer FR/ENG.
Today, the company has an SME culture, with 100 employees. The company is looking for someone who already has a good background in Windows Engineering. You also have basis in Network, Security administration and Support to users.
Your responsibilities :
- You set up and monitor operating systems in Windows.
- You create automated scripting and configuration processes for system administration.
- You're in charge of network switching.
- You're in charge of putting backup and data recovery plans into action.
- You work with other teams or stakeholders in order to guarantee technological alignment
- You fix technological problems with the different infrastructures
- You handle support to users and solve problems
- Virtualized environments will be under your management.
- Workstations, servers, and network equipment will be installed and maintained by you.
- You draft processes to guarantee a strong and current knowledge base and updated documentation
- You keep technical advancements and trends in the field of IT systems.
Required skills for this role :
- You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Microsoft and Network Engineer
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- You are fluent in French and English (Mandatory)
- You have a good knowledge on several of these products: Windows, Officer 365, Virtualization, Proxmox, VMware, Azure, Veeam, Network, Cybersecurity basis...
- You are autonomous, solution oriented and a good communicator (contact with shareholders and clients)
