Our client is an International Management Company located in Luxembourg. They are looking for a Compliance analyst for a duration of 1 year.
Responsibilities:
- Verify regulatory and marketing documents for our investment funds, in collaboration with relevant departments (Key Information Documents, regulatory templates EET/EMT/EPT etc...)
- Execute the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan and prepare missions in coordination with other departments.
- Update and draft policies and procedures following regulatory changes.
- Perform controls according to the Internal Control Model.
- Prepare the monthly Regulatory Radar.
- Maintain compliance registers.
- Conduct name screenings and some AML tasks.
- Provide quarterly and monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Monitor employee training and manage data protection tasks.
- Handle ad hoc requests and report issues to the Head of Compliance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, management, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a compliance role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Fluency in english.
