Compliance & Contract Management Expert (m/f/n)
Your tasksÂ
Â
- You support the Enovos Compliance Officer in the follow-up and implementation of a compliance program covering all activities of Enovos Luxembourg and its fully consolidated subsidiaries
- You assist in defining compliance-related policies, procedures, processes and controls, and monitor their integration into business processes
- You participate in conducting compliance risk assessments and support the implementation and monitoring of related risk mitigation action plans
- You contribute to the effective implementation of group and entity compliance policies and procedures across the organization
- You lead negotiations of energy trading contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards, and manage the full contract lifecycle
- You negotiate and monitor counterparties’ credit support instruments (credit lines, guarantees, letters of comfort) and ensure their proper allocation within Board-approved limits
- You monitor and analyse regulatory developments in the energy sector and provide guidance on their impact, assisting in the adaptation of policies and procedures
- You represent Enovos in regulatory working groups (e.g. EFET, Eurelectric, Eurogas) and ensure internal reporting to relevant stakeholders, while supporting the review and improvement of control processes and regulatory compliance (EMIR, REMIT, MiFID II)

Your profileÂ
Â
- You hold a master’s degree in law, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- You have preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory or energy trading environments
- You work in a structured, analytical and proactive manner with strong attention to detail.
- You communicate fluently in English and German, French and Luxembourgish as strong assets
