Why This Role Matters

As a Reliability Engineer in our Lux Tire Plant, you’ll play a meaningful role in keeping our production running safely, smoothly, and sustainably. Your work will directly impact the reliability of our equipment, the well-being of people on the shop floor, and the overall performance of the plant. This role is about collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and continuous improvement - not just fixing machines, but making everyday work better for everyone involved.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support Reliability Engineering activities within the Business Center to reduce breakdowns and improve OEE.
• Act as a trusted technical partner for production teams by responding to equipment issues, diagnosing root causes, and supporting safe, effective solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities, ensuring alignment across teams and resources.
• Manage spare parts availability and maintenance-related costs with care and accountability.
• Promote and embed a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and well-being across all machines and processes.
• Contribute to improvement projects and the Plant Optimization Roadmap, supporting long-term reliability and performance.
• Coordinate annual preventive maintenance activities with external suppliers, building strong and reliable partnerships.
• Support delivery of key plant KPIs: Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.

What You’ll Bring

• A Master’s degree in Automation, Electronics or Electrical Engineering — or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience or strong interest in industrial maintenance and plant environments.
• Solid knowledge of automation technologies (PLCs, networks, drives, HMI).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a thoughtful, analytical approach.
• A proactive mindset and genuine motivation to improve equipment reliability.
• Project management skills and the ability to lead improvement initiatives.
• A collaborative, people-oriented attitude and passion for working on the shop floor.
• Fluency in English and either French or German (additional languages are a plus).
