YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Support HR Service Delivery technology implementation and process design.
- Assist with the evolution of our HR Reporting and Analytics, fueling our data-driven strategy.
- Contribute to HR digitalisation, automating workflows and developing low-code / no-code solutions.
- Support Recruitment operations, including daily activities (, CV screening, meeting scheduling, contract preparation, interview handling), overseeing recruitment tools (SuccessFactors), and coordinating hiring activities for apprenticeships and internships.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Quick learner with a drive for innovation and efficiency.
- Creative and resourceful, able to leverage automation and AI tools.
- Passionate about technology, processes and data!
