Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the supervision, operation and maintenance of the services and equipment’s of the RENITA services, network and systems according to the ITIL processes
- Be responsible for the Technical Service Desk for User Organization in the public safety area
- Ensure the preventive maintenance tasks, detection of problems and troubleshooting of the RENITA services, network and systems
- Ensure the availability of the services, network and systems and uphold compliance with the Service Level Agreement
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities. Apply best practice according to ITIL recommendations
Your profile
- Have a Secondary School Diploma or have acquired during your career an equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ITIL will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G/4G/5G/TETRA) will be of advantage
- Be flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate good analytical skills
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken); Luxembourgish and French language skills are seen as an advantage
