- This role will support the administration of investment funds, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fund structures and investor relations.
What you will be working on
Fund Administration & Operations
- Assist in the administration of alternative investment funds, including open-ended and closed-ended fund structures.
- Support timely and accurate NAV calculations, investor reporting, and fund financial statements.
- Help coordinate capital calls, distributions, and fund expenses in accordance with fund documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with fund accountants, custodians, and third-party service providers.
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the consolidation of fund structures and manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure compliance with fund governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in preparing documentation for fund audits and regulatory filings.
Investor Relations & Reporting
- Support investor onboarding processes, including KYC/AML documentation.
- Prepare investor reports and assist in performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of investor transactions and fund performance metrics.
Process Improvement & Technology
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in fund administration.
- Assist in implementing best practices and system upgrades.
What we look for
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fund administration.
- Strong knowledge of fund structures, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD and CSSF.
- Proficiency in fund accounting systems (, eFront).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Background in real estate investments and expertise in fund consolidation, IFRS, and INREV reporting is a plus.
