Documentalist (f/m)

Assisting the legal analysis team with the attribution of metadata to legal documents published in the Official Journal and on EUR-Lex, with a special attention to the collection of Lawmaking procedures.
Main tasks:
- Performing analysis
- Ensuring quality control
- Monitoring daily production
- Providing advice on methodological issues,
- Implementing improvements related to the collection of law-making procedures on EUR-Lex.
Profile required:
- Secondary education giving access to higher education- Experience in document management, a comprehensive understanding of EU legal acts and law making procedures, along with a good knowledge of EUR-Lex will be advantageous
- English speaker (level C1)
