Greenfield is delighted to representing our client, a multinational bank with a longstanding presence in Luxembourg, for the recruiter of a Human Resources Supervisor to augment their team during an exciting period for the business.


The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the banking arena in Luxembourg and will be looking to develop as a real specialist in the field.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and provide full HR support to the Luxembourg employees
  • Coordinate the employee onboarding process
  • Run and coordinate tasks related to the employee lifecycle (Recruitment, Absences, Performance Management, Talent Management etc.)
  • Produce and deliver regular monthly, quarterly, and annual HR statistics and reports
  • Handle end to end Payroll activity (with external third-party payroll provider)
  • Guide and support management on questions related to Labour Law, collective bargaining agreement, social security etc.
  • Work on projects together with the Head of HR
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues from the European and EMEA Headquarters
  • Act as back-up for Administrative HR tasks


Your profile:


  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR generalist or HR administration role within financial services in Luxembourg.
  • Fluency in English. French and/or German is an additional asset.
  • Knowledge and experience in local employment regulations, collective bargaining agreement, taxation, and ability to apply to day-to-day HR support.
  • Eagerness to work on various tasks (Labour Law, Tax, Employee Benefits etc.) and improve processes.
  • Confident, clear communicator and able to work in a standalone role as part of a wider HR team.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in an international Financial Institution.
  • A self-driven and results-oriented personality.
  • Self-motivated and detail orientated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
