Your Role...

Within Uni.lu's Communications Department, the Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role. Collaborating closely with the web and social media teams, the Marketing Officer is responsible for crafting and implementing the university's marketing plan to enhance its visibility and reputation among various stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the University, its study programmes and events, with a focus on online tools such as web videos or study choice platforms, and using online tools such as online advertising and marketing, social media and cross media campaigns
  • Develop written and visual content for print and digital media and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Coordinate the production of video content for corporate and promotional campaigns
  • Liaise with suppliers and agencies ensuring quality standards and budgets are met
  • Develop and execute search engine marketing and optimization campaigns for the university
  • Identify new online marketing opportunities and trends

What we expect from you…

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing content role
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics & SEO
  • Familiar with digital marketing best practices
  • Proficient in technical, analytical, and reporting tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
  • Organizational skills for prioritizing demanding workloads, good attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel with strong skills
  • Spoken and written fluency in English; French and German desired
