Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control business change and projects
  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Coordinate temporary project teams consisting of internal and external subject-matter experts
  • Ensure project progress and timeliness
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders by demonstrating robust control over the change and escalating risks and issues as soon as possible
  • Create clear business cases demonstrating presumptive project benefits and P&L impacts for stakeholder decision making
  • Create and/or oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Maintain and improve dashboards to track the projects within the portfolio, particularly the progress and benefits realization
  • Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities for improvement/automation

 

 Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience – bonus if within the Financial/Funds industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility to successfully accommodate deadlines
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Comfortable with following up on pending items as well as reporting any issues/risks
  • Strong process and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse culture and geographies
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Very good organization skills
  • Fluent in English
