You will support a large-scale organization in managing and optimizing data centre computer room services, contributing to strategy definition, governance, and operational excellence. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of data centre operations, from design and planning to implementation and monitoring, ensuring high availability, security, and performance, while collaborating with stakeholders and driving continuous service improvement within a managed service environment.
What we expect from you :
- More than 20 years of experience in data centre environments and operations
- Solid expertise in Nlyte DCIM, capacity management tools, and data centre design, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, and governance
- Strong expertise in service management frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, PM2, Six Sigma)
- Proven skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, and working in multicultural environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
