Business Analyst Cash & Reconciliation (F/M)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Cash & Reconciliation to join a long-term strategic initiative focused on financial data management and reconciliation processes. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems.

The position is part of a long-term engagement, with the objective of building strong, sustainable expertise within the team. You will work on evolving initiatives over several years, contributing to continuous improvements in cash management and reconciliation processes within a modern, cloud-native environment. While the role does not require deep cloud expertise, familiarity with modern architectures and data environments is important.

What we expect from you

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or similar industries
• Strong knowledge of cash management and reconciliation processes
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Good understanding of data flows, data consistency, and reconciliation logic
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation
• Exposure to modern technologies and tools such as Grafana and Golang (nice to have)
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments (no need to be a cloud expert)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Excellent communication skills and a strong business mindset
• Ability to commit to a long-term project and grow with the organization
